Cazera Premium Warranties — Terms & Conditions

1. 6-Month Touch-Up Warranty 

​

1.1 Purpose & Commitment

Cazera provides a 6-month limited Touch-Up Warranty to ensure post-service satisfaction and long-term quality of finish. This warranty covers minor surface repairs, touch-ups, and paint rectification work for up to 20% of the original quotation value, provided the job was executed by Cazera’s verified painting partners under company supervision.

1.2 Duration & Validity

  • The warranty remains valid for 6 months from the date of completion as stated in the final work completion report or invoice.

  • Warranty is valid only once per project and non-transferable to another customer or location.

  • Any repairs carried out under this warranty do not restart or extend the 6-month period.

  • The warranty is applicable only to the originally serviced site and only for the same surfaces and paint system used during the original execution.

1.3 Scope of Coverage (What Is Covered)

Cazera covers touch-up or repair jobs for eligible issues caused by application errors, poor surface preparation, or material handling defects by Cazera-assigned painters.

Covered issues include:

  • Peeling or flaking of the paint film

  • Minor bubbling, blistering, or chalking

  • Color mismatch due to incorrect application

  • Uneven texture or patchy finish caused by workmanship

Warranty repairs will be limited to the affected area only, using the same brand and shade of paint as the original work (subject to availability).

The maximum warranty coverage is capped at 20% of the original quotation value.

1.4 Conditions Based on Service Type

Cazera operates under two service models — With Material and Without Material.
The warranty terms vary accordingly:

  • For “With Material” Projects:
    Cazera will supply both labor and required paint/material for approved warranty touch-ups.

  • For “Without Material” Projects:
    Customers are required to provide the same paint and materials originally used during the project.
    Cazera will handle labor and supervision for touch-up at no extra cost.

If the customer fails to provide matching material, Cazera will proceed only after written acknowledgment that color or finish variations may occur.

1.5 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

The following issues fall outside the scope of this warranty:

Structural or Moisture-related Issues

  • Water leakage, dampness, seepage, or waterproofing failure

  • Cracks or damaged plaster due to structural movement

​

External or Usage Damage

  • Damage caused by nails, drilling, or furniture movement

  • Fire, flood, or other natural disasters

  • Subsequent electrical, plumbing, or renovation work impacting painted surfaces

​

Customer Actions

  • Unauthorized repainting, patchwork, or cleaning using chemicals

  • Color dissatisfaction after project completion

  • Any rework requested due to personal preference

​

1.6 Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact Cazera via call/WhatsApp at +91-9785448697 or email support@cazera.in.

  2. Provide:

    • Job ID or Invoice number

    • Clear photos/videos of the affected area

    • Project address and completion date

  3. Allow Cazera’s inspection team to assess the site physically or virtually.

Once verified:

  • Touch-up or repair will be completed within 15 working days, depending on material and site readiness.

  • All warranty payments, if applicable, will be processed via bank transfer or UPI only.

Cazera’s inspection team’s decision on claim eligibility shall be final and binding.

1.7 Limitation of Liability

  • The total liability under this warranty shall not exceed 20% of the project value or ₹10,000, whichever is lower.

  • Repairs are limited strictly to the affected area and may not match surrounding walls due to age or lighting differences.

  • Cazera is not liable for indirect losses such as time delays, income loss, or inconvenience.

  • This is a service warranty, not a product warranty. Any material defects fall under the paint manufacturer’s warranty.

1.8 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to the Touch-Up Warranty shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, only.

​

1.9 Example (For Clarity)

If the total project value was ₹50,000, Cazera will cover up to ₹10,000 worth of repairs (20% of the total) within 6 months of completion, provided all conditions above are met.

2. On-Time or 20% Money-Back Warranty

​

2.1 Purpose & Commitment

Cazera guarantees timely project completion for every painting job. The On-Time or 20% Money-Back Warranty ensures that the project is delivered on or before the committed date.
If Cazera fails to meet the schedule, the customer is eligible for monetary compensation or penalties as specified below.

This warranty demonstrates Cazera’s commitment to professional project management, accountability, and customer satisfaction.

2.2 Duration & Validity

  • Warranty applies to all projects with a written completion date agreed upon prior to work start.

  • Valid only for projects executed fully by Cazera’s verified team under supervision.

  • Claims must be raised within 7 days of the project completion date.

​

2.3 Scope of Coverage (What Is Covered)

If Cazera fails to complete the project by the committed date:

  1. Minor Delay (Up to 5 Days):

    • A ₹1,000 penalty per day will be credited to the customer for each day of delay.

  2. Major Delay (Beyond 5 Days):

    • Cazera will refund 20% of the total project value.

Payment Mode:

  • All refunds/penalties will be processed via UPI or bank transfer only, within 10 business days of claim validation.

2.4 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

This warranty does not apply if delays are caused by:

Customer-Side Factors

  • Late material supply or approvals

  • Scope changes during work

  • Rooms or furniture not made available on schedule

​

Force Majeure

  • Extreme weather (heavy rain, floods, storms)

  • Power outages, strikes, or government-mandated closures

  • Natural disasters (earthquake, cyclone, fire)

​

Other Factors

  • Delays caused by third-party contractors hired by the customer

  • Delays due to site inaccessibility unrelated to Cazera’s operations

​

2.5 Claim Process

To claim under this warranty:

  1. Contact Cazera via +91-9785448697 or support@cazera.in within 7 days of project completion.

  2. Provide:

    • Job ID or Invoice number

    • Documented evidence of completion date (work logs, WhatsApp updates, or site reports)

    • Photos/videos of site progress, if available

  3. Cazera’s manager will review records and verify project completion status.

  4. If eligible, penalties/refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI within 10 business days.

Cazera’s internal time-tracking system and supervision reports will be considered final for all disputes related to project timelines.

2.6 Limitations

  • Maximum compensation under this warranty is 20% of project value, regardless of total delay length.

  • This warranty is only applicable when the delay is caused solely by Cazera and not by external or customer-related factors.

  • Minor delays (<1 day) due to unforeseen operational issues may not qualify for compensation.

  • Cazera reserves the right to adjust penalties proportionally in exceptional circumstances (force majeure or mutually acknowledged reasons).

2.7 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from this warranty will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.

2.8 Example

For a project valued at ₹1,00,000 with a scheduled completion date:

  • If delayed 3 days, the customer receives ₹3,000 penalty.

  • If delayed 7 days, the customer is eligible for a ₹20,000 refund (20% of project value).

3. Top-Notch Quality Warranty

​

3.1 Purpose & Commitment

Cazera guarantees that every painting project meets the highest quality standards in workmanship, finish, and visual appeal. The Top-Notch Quality Warranty ensures that any defects caused by Cazera’s workmanship or application errors are corrected at no additional cost to the customer.

This warranty reflects Cazera’s commitment to excellence, durability, and long-term customer satisfaction.

3.2 Duration & Validity

  • This warranty is valid for the entire project duration, up to final project handover and client approval.

  • Applicable only to projects fully executed under Cazera supervision using approved materials and prescribed surface preparation standards.

  • Warranty is limited to original project scope and does not apply to cosmetic changes requested after final sign-off.

3.3 Scope of Coverage (What Is Covered)

Under this warranty, Cazera will provide:

  1. Up to 3 additional coats of paint if the finish, coverage, or uniformity is unsatisfactory.

  2. Replacement of up to 3 individual painters or, if required, the entire painting team once during the project.

  3. Corrective measures including sanding, leveling, and touch-ups to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.

Conditions:

  • Coverage is limited to defects arising solely from workmanship or application errors.

  • Repairs or additional coats will use the same paint brand and shade as originally applied, subject to availability.

3.4 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

Cazera will not cover defects caused by:

  1. Customer preference or design changes requested after work completion.

  2. Damage from external factors, including accidental impacts, furniture movement, or post-completion renovations.

  3. Use of non-approved materials by the customer or third parties.

  4. Normal wear and tear, sunlight fading, or environmental exposure unrelated to workmanship.

3.5 Claim Process

To claim under the Top-Notch Quality Warranty:

  1. Contact Cazera via +91-9785448697 or support@cazera.in.

  2. Submit:

    • Job ID or Invoice number

    • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

    • Location and completion date

  3. Cazera’s supervisor/technical team will inspect the affected areas within 48 hours.

  4. If the claim is validated, corrective work will be completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the project scope.

Cazera’s inspection team’s decision on warranty eligibility is final and binding.

3.6 Limitations

  • This warranty is limited to original project scope and does not cover post-project aesthetic changes.

  • Repairs or additional coats are limited to the affected areas; exact match to the rest of the surface may vary due to lighting, aging, or paint batch differences.

  • Maximum coverage is confined to repair/replacement of affected areas and personnel only; it does not include financial compensation.

  • Coverage ends upon project handover and client approval, as agreed in the quotation.

3.7 Legal Jurisdiction

All claims and disputes under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan.

​

3.8 Example

  • If minor patchiness or uneven finish occurs in a room, Cazera may:

    • Provide up to 3 extra coats of the same paint, and/or

    • Replace up to 3 painters responsible for the affected area, or

    • Replace the entire team once if required for project-wide correction.

This ensures the customer receives a perfect finish without additional cost.

4. Dedicated Supervisor & Manager Warranty 

​

4.1 Purpose & Commitment

Cazera provides a Dedicated Supervisor and Manager for every project to ensure smooth execution, on-time delivery, quality control, and hassle-free customer experience.

This warranty guarantees professional accountability — if a supervisor or manager fails in their responsibilities, Cazera will immediately replace them at no additional cost to the customer.

​

4.2 Duration & Validity

  • Valid throughout the duration of the project, from project start to final handover.

  • Applicable only when the project is executed under a valid Cazera quotation and approved supervision system.

  • Warranty is role-based; commitments are tied to responsibilities of supervisor and manager, not individual names.

​

4.3 Scope of Coverage (What Is Covered)

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  1. Material Handling – ₹2,000

  2. Ladder, Brush, and Equipment Management – ₹2,000

  3. Project Management & Coordination – ₹20,000

  4. Furniture Covering & Protection – ₹2,000

  5. Furniture Shifting (In/Out) – ₹2,000

  6. Post-Work Cleaning – ₹2,000

Manager Responsibilities:
7. Payment Coordination & Management – ₹2,000
8. Hassle-Free Customer Service – ₹10,000
9. Ensuring Timely Project Start
10. Ensuring On-Time Project Completion
11. Maintaining Smooth Work Process & Communication

​

Cazera Commitment:

  • If a supervisor or manager is unable to perform duties, a qualified replacement will be assigned immediately.

  • Replacement will not cause project delays or additional costs for the customer.

  • Cazera monitors all supervisory activities to maintain consistent quality and timeline adherence.

​

4.4 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

  • Personal communication style or customer perception of the supervisor/manager.

  • Issues outside the scope of project management, such as design satisfaction or external contractor work.

  • Situations where the customer interferes with the supervisor/manager roles or alters project schedule without prior approval.

​

4.5 Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  2. Provide:

    • Job ID or Invoice number

    • Description of the issue

    • Location and date of concern

  3. Cazera will assess the situation and deploy a replacement supervisor or manager within 24–48 hours to ensure project continuity.

  4. Customer will be informed of all changes and actions taken.

Note: Cazera’s decision regarding replacement or role-related actions is final and binding.

​

4.6 Limitations

  • Warranty ensures role-based accountability and replacement, not financial compensation.

  • Coverage applies only to tasks directly managed by supervisor or manager.

  • Maximum value of service covered is ₹42,000, representing professional service worth, not cash payout.

  • Warranty ends at project completion and final handover.

​

4.7 Legal Jurisdiction

All claims or disputes related to this warranty will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Hanumangarh, Rajasthan courts.

​

4.8 Example

  • If a supervisor fails to ensure proper furniture covering, Cazera will immediately assign a qualified replacement.

  • If a manager fails to monitor payment schedules or project timelines, a replacement manager will take over to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

5. Paid Extended 6-Month Touch-Up Warranty (Optional, Value Based on Payment)

​

5.1 Purpose & Commitment

Cazera offers an optional paid extended warranty to provide customers with extra peace of mind for their painted surfaces. This warranty extends the standard 6-Month Touch-Up Warranty by an additional 6 months, covering minor touch-ups and repairs for workmanship-related issues.

This warranty reflects Cazera’s commitment to long-term quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, while allowing customers to prioritize protection for their investment.

​

5.2 Duration & Validity

  • Extends coverage for 6 additional months beyond the standard warranty.

  • Can also be structured to run for 12 months from project completion if purchased upfront.

  • Applicable only if the extended warranty fee is fully paid in advance via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Non-transferable — valid only for the original client and service address.

5.3 Scope of Coverage (What Is Covered)

  • Covers the same issues as the standard 6-Month Touch-Up Warranty, including:

    • Peeling, flaking, or bubbling of paint film

    • Minor chalking or surface imperfections

    • Patchy finish, uneven shade, or brush marks due to application errors

  • Repairs will be performed only by Cazera’s verified painters.

  • Maximum coverage: up to 20% of project value, or as defined in the paid warranty agreement.

  • For “without material” projects, the customer must provide the same paint/material for extended warranty repairs.

5.4 Exclusions (What Is Not Covered)

  • Structural faults, water leakage, dampness, or seepage.

  • Damage caused by third-party contractors or unauthorized work.

  • Customer negligence, misuse, or cosmetic preference changes.

  • Issues previously addressed under the standard 6-Month Warranty unless explicitly approved.

  • Natural wear, environmental exposure, or unavoidable color fading due to sunlight or pollution.

5.5 Payment Terms

  • Fee must be paid in full before extended warranty coverage begins.

  • Payment options: UPI, bank transfer, or any mutually agreed method.

  • Pricing may be:

    • Flat Fee: ₹5,000–₹15,000 based on project value

    • Percentage of Project: 5–10% of quotation amount

    • Tiered Pricing: Higher-value projects = higher warranty fee

  • No coverage will be activated until full payment is confirmed.

5.6 Claim Process

To make a claim under the extended warranty:

  2. Provide:

    • Job ID or Invoice number

    • Photos/videos of affected areas

    • Completion date and address

  3. Cazera’s inspection team will verify the issue and schedule repairs within 15 business days, prioritizing extended warranty customers.

  4. Repairs are limited to the affected area only and will use the same paint/material as the original project.

Note: Cazera’s technical team’s decision is final and binding.

5.7 Limitations

  • Maximum liability for this warranty remains 20% of project value per claim.

  • Does not include financial compensation beyond the agreed repair work.

  • Repairs may not perfectly match surrounding surfaces due to aging, lighting, or batch differences.

  • Warranty coverage ends after the 6-month extension period.

5.8 Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to this paid warranty are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Sri Hanumangarh,  Rajasthan.

5.9 Example

  • Standard project: ₹50,000, with optional 6-month extended warranty purchased for ₹7,500.

  • If minor peeling occurs 9 months after completion, Cazera will provide free touch-ups up to 20% of project value, using verified painters.

  • Repairs limited to affected areas; material provided by customer if project was “without material.”

6. General Conditions (Applicable to All Warranties)

  1. All warranties apply only to projects executed by Cazera’s approved teams with proper supervision.

  2. Warranties become void if third-party work or repainting is done after completion.

  3. Cazera reserves the right to amend or discontinue any warranty without prior notice.

  4. All claims must be raised within the specified warranty duration.

  5. Legal jurisdiction: All disputes shall be subject to Hanumangarh, Rajasthan courts only.

  6. “Value” amounts represent estimated service benefits, not refundable cash equivalents.

7. Declaration

By availing Cazera’s painting services, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the warranty terms above. These warranties are offered as part of Cazera’s continuous effort to provide reliable, transparent, and professional painting experiences.
